These are rules summary:
Age Rule:
Competitor competes in the appropriate age according to year of birth
Age Divisions:
Veterans - 35 - 45
Seniors - 19 to 45
Juniors - 16 to 18
Older Cadets - 13 to 15
Younger Cadets - 10 to 12
Competitors can move one division up, but once they move they cannot move back to their original age division
Other:
- In Semi-Contact and Light-Contact each fight is 3 rounds of 2 minutes each (10 point lead)
- In Weapons releases are limited, please review rules carefully
- In Forms and Weapons "non-martial arts moves (gymnastics)" are limited, please review rules carefully
